Yes, I thought that was the same young lady from the Wegovy commercial.
Good reminders. Thank you.
🧡🧡🧡
Thanks. Good reminders of what I strive to put into practice, building and using my "tool box".
Great to hear you’re building your toolbox!
Realizing that this is a thing for me. As I heard into a difficult discussion, this is how I retreat.
Realizing stress eating triggers is a big step forward. 🧡🧡
I have been battling this stress-binge loop almost daily,, all of my life. This is the first time I have heard the direct connection between the stress hormones cortisol and the carb craving. Now many of the pieces have come together. I would be interested in the role of the Vagus nerve in this "doom" loop.
🧡🧡🧡
Really good PRACTICAL and relevant advice. And btw, I started NoomMed 3 weeks ago and -no miracle weight loss- but an app that is exceptional with easy to find tools and lessons and logging. HUGE improvement over the original Noom of years ago. Congrats, Noom - you have been working hard on this. PS: I am not a bot and not a staffer!
Thank you for the kind words! 🧡 We’re so glad Noom Med and the updates are helping you on your journey!!
This was great… when i feel myself heading into that loop…. I leave the kitchen…. And crazy as it sounds i reorganize a drawer… purging things makes me feel better… i accomplish something and i am not entering the dreaded loop de loo❤️
🧡 Such a positive way to redirect your energy! 💪
Systems and habits have been the key to my first month of weight loss… down 15 pounds and feel unstoppable!! Oh and using Noom has helped too!🤪
They really are game-changers! 💪🧡 Huge congrats on the 15 lbs loss-that’s amazing! 🎉

Maybe keep your mashed potatoes fluffy we add 1/3 the amount of cauliflower to 2/3 amount of potatoes and they're never gummy. But yes that looks like a great recipe
Thanks for the tip!
Bro clean while you cook, saved my life
Nothing beats a clean kitchen to go with a tasty meal!
Clean as u go. Thats what i do. That's the best way.
💯
Gotta have the dishwasher empty in prep. Have everyone put their plates straight in! …after the dogs are done licking up the big chunks of course 😊
we use paper plates, plastic utensils, and those big foil dish things
Haha, love the pup cleanup crew! 🧡
So real for using the Abby Lee audio
🧡🧡
That's why I clean up as each dish is done. I don't want to be cleaning all night
I guess either way the time is spent. Whether it's as you go or all at once. 🤷♂️
Smart move! Cleaning as you go definitely saves you from a late-night cleaning marathon!
good looking turkey
Food looks yummy
Delicious vibes all around! 🧡
If my Basset hound were that close to all that food he wouldn't just be sniffing it.
😂 I don't have a dog but pets sure love food
You can’t blame him, though; who can resist that tempting food? 😄🍴
